Relaxing Family Getaway with Some Room for Improvement

Enjoyed six nice nights in a villa with a private pool, with views that captivated. The kids couldn't get enough of the fun water slides, and we appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to. Just be prepared for shuttle waits during busy times!

The villa was great. The hotel ensured they provided us with a seaside view villa and it was awesome. The all inclusive including the minibar was great. The food at the restaurants was great (especially the seafood one on the water), so make sure you go and book for the next day during your stay. The activities were great - something for everyone during the day, and loved the adult pool and beach areas. Water slides were great as well, but they need more rings and mats when the hotel is fully booked. Water sports were fun as well. Overall, I would stay here again.

It is not really close to Kusadasi - it is quite a long drive. This is fine with me, but they should not advertise as part of Kusdasi. It was a TL70 taxi ride from Kusadasi. The lounge for the first bedroom was missing from the room for all of our stay. The minibar was not stocked when we checked in, nor for our last day. The food in the main digin room is not the best - but then they are providing food for many, many people, so always try and go to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfasts were fine, and we never ate lunch at the hotel. Requested late check-out which they could not accodate, but then the bags were not bought from our villa until we were leaving (3 hours after check-out), so they could have accomodated the request.

Staying at aria claros was fantastic! The villa with a private pool offered amazing sea views and was perfect for our family. The staff was attentive. My kids had an amazing time at the kids' club, where they were always entertained and engaged.

Luxury. Food. Location. Staff giving guest constant update on activities that are coming up.

Very very Very poor lighting in rooms. Had to pay for adequate cocktails. Steep hills to climb to get to the pool and beach. I pulled a muscle going up and down hills. Food option at the pool and beach area was only for kids since they served hot dogs and fries. They should have a better selection to suit all. The hotel did not. Arrange for my roundtrip airport taxi that I paid in advance for. Upon arrival I had to get my own taxi. The cost was much less than the hotel charged me.

the beach was stunning. but the room could use better cleaning. the kids loved the amazing pools, especially the slides! also, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Straight talk, worth it or not?

The children's pool killed it with slides galore, awesome for joyful family moments. The fine beach added charm to the entire experience.

The dining experience was disappointing, with numerous guests suffering from food poisoning and poor meal quality.

It is not really a 5 star hotel.Foods were rubbish, difficult to find someone who speaks English, poor room services. had to pay 5 TL for a bottle of water at midnight.

Aquapark was nice...

Room&Service, Villas was so far to main hotel and there is no just in time support!Drinks were awful...Fruit juice has not even aroma!!...There is no place to sit to eat or drink...elevators are usually were broken...stairs were better...There is no parking lot for your car....there is nobody for welcomes to you...you have to carry your staff till lobby..We dont like it at all...

The kids loved the fun water slides and the aqua park, perfect for our family. The full-service spa was a real treat for the adults, great to unwind completely. Plus, the beautiful beach added to the overall enjoyment.

we have never had such terrible foods !!! all was very bad about dinner... The hotel is very big and the staff are not able to reach everybody...

The waterpark, swiming pool and beach is really nicely organized and maintained for the family with young children. It was really great time for us. I will defenitly recommand this resort to my friends.

The only my concern is food. The buffet was generally ok. The main dish had been changed every dinner, Turkish, Fish, Chinese, etc. But, I can not feel and taste any special appetite. It is so normal. And, the mexican restaurant is not recommendable at all. No choice of menu and the taste was not good at all. I didn't try other restaurants, as like Italian and Far Eastern cousine. But, the bad experience about the Mexican restaurant make me easily give up the chances. I am sure that the hotel need to upgrade the level of their food service.
